I am the biggest fan of quality cultures, because every quality culture has superpowers. No two quality cultures are the same, so their superpowers vary a lot, as does their impact on the organization's direction.

Culture either gives you free prizes, for example by helping you handle risks in advance, OR it creates unnecessary risks that may one day lead to major losses.
